The fund is managed by a subsidiary of Siri Advisory Group that will be authorised by an Australian Financial Services Licence and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

Designed to develop a clear strategy for your financial plans, our process is supported by sound long term investment initiatives. We continually consider the key factors driving economic and investment trends, aiming to smooth the roller-coaster nature of today’s investment markets.

Key Asset features:

1) Priority access to a pipeline of quality development opportunities

2) Independent oversight of all investment and development activities with a strong governance regime in place

3) Segregation of each development project to ensure quarantining of any development risks

4) Maximum target allocation to any individual project will be 25.0% of total committed capital to avoid concentration risk

5) Support from Leading Tier 1 Service Providers

6) Quarterly reporting on the status of each project, including key financial information on the performance of the fund as well as an update to investors on current market conditions

7) Annual auditing by independent tier 1 external auditors in accordance with the requirements of the Australian Accounting Standards, Australian Auditing Standards and the Corporations Act

8) Capital distributions on the completion and sale of each project from the net proceeds of completed projects as soon as practicable
