As Sales Director of our in-house Chinese Residential Sales Team at SIRI Advisory Group, George is responsible for coordinating business development, sales strategy and real estate advisory for small to large-scale residential projects. With an academic background in analytics and research, George is able to draw on his education, in-depth knowledge and industry experience to provide the best outcomes for developer and clients.

John Yang

Channel Sales Director

Growing up in a multi-lingual family, John has an easy-going, friendly personality and enjoys collaborating with people from different cultures. Backed up by his work ethic, sales and marketing experience, John achieved outstanding results. Since entering the industry in 2007, his reputation is unmatched having worked with numerous high-profile developers. John is responsible for leading SIRI’s multi-cultural team and collaborating with channel agency partners to achieve sales outcome for developers and vendors.

Steven Mah

Marketing Director

Tertiary qualified with a degree in Economics and Marketing, Steven is a marketing professional with nearly 20 years’ experience in property marketing including off-the-plan project marketing, mixed-use developments and commercial properties. Having worked with numerous leading advertising and media agencies, he is able to utilise his experience and provide the best outcomes for our clients. He collaborates closely with the Siri sales team, external creative studios and developers to ensure branding and marketing communications are effective and maintained to the highest standard.

Kevin TT Wong

Senior Sales Manager

Enthusiastic, kind, genuine and thoughtful, Kevin prides himself on his ability to listen to his clients’ requests and connect them with opportunities that best match their needs. His years of experience as a realtor has provided him with core skills to navigate different scenarios on behalf of his clients and vendors. His professionalism, expertise and excellent interpersonal skills work together to make him the ideal representative for anyone seeking to purchase or sell their property.

Foster Zhang

Senior Sales Manager

Following the completion of a double degree in Engineering and International Finance, Foster began his professional career working abroad as a construction analyst for a major investment fund. Whilst furthering his education, Foster began his career as property sales consultant in 2014 and with his positive attitude, drive and determination, soon became team leader. Now with more than 5 years real estate sales experience, Foster has joined SIRI as a Sales Director and is an integral part of our in-house Chinese Sales Team.

Sarah Ahn

Associate Director

Well respected and confident, Sarah heads up the Korean sales arm of SIRI and is a dedicated, passionate and determined member of the team. With a client first mindset, Sarah’s caring and honest approach ensures the very best results are reached. Working alongside fellow SIRI team members, Sarah leads the internal Korean residential sales team and is responsible in overseeing the sales team to ensure a high level of service is provided to our vendors and purchasers alike.
